ARRIVAL OF BABY KATERINA MIRABELLA

Federal Member for Indi, Sophie Mirabella, and her husband Greg have welcomed a new addition to their family.
Mrs Mirabella gave birth to her second child today (Thursday June 3, 2010) an 8lb 6oz baby girl.
Mr and Mrs Mirabella are thrilled with the addition to their family.
“We both feel extremely blessed,” Mrs Mirabella said. “Having a family is the most important thing I have done in my life.”
Katerina was surrounded by the warmth and love of her parents, sisters and extended family. So far she is behaving well.
“My second pregnancy has flown by and has been a wonderful time. To now have another beautiful baby to nurture and love is a great gift.
“Greg and I know we are extremely fortunate and we are both absolutely delighted.
“We would like to thank all the wonderful people in the north-east who have sent their best wishes for the birth.
“It was really lovely to have people coming into my office, sending cards and calling to wish us all the best.
“Thank you to all.”
